My First Post
This is my first post on what should be an exciting journey. Now 3 years removed from the educational establishment and armed with the finance management skills of a “typical American” I find myself with a fair amount of debt. I have decided to reform my ways and join what looks like a mini-revolution of Americans blogging about their journey to the American dream of financial independence.
I have to confess that up until this point I have not been the shining example of fiscal management, but hey who is? Thus I am starting from a wee bit of a hole and that nice little net worth graphic (once I figure out how to get one) will most likely be negative for a little while. Even in the face of all this, I think I can turn my finances around and be a shining example of the American dream. Hope you enjoy the journey.
